Privacy Policy

Tecble is a platform businesses use to run their own operations. That means we hold two kinds of information: details about the businesses who buy Tecble, and the records those businesses enter while using it. This policy covers the first. The second belongs to the organisation that entered it, and we process it only on their instruction.

What we collect

Your name and email when you create an account. Whatever an organisation already holds about you, if you join one. Billing details when an organisation switches on a module. And technical data your browser sends when you use the product. We do not buy personal data from third parties, and we do not build profiles for advertising.

Where a module connects to an external channel, that connection is authorised by you and can be revoked at the channel. We store the tokens needed to keep the connection working and nothing beyond that.

Why we hold it

To run the service, to bill for it, and to keep it working. Technical data tells us when something has broken. Billing details let us take payment. Account details let us tell you your password has been reset and let an organisation's owner see who has asked to join.

We do not use any of it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who can see it

Inside your organisation, the owner decides. We use a small number of suppliers to run the service, and they see only what their part requires:

• Supabase stores the database, in Singapore.
• Railway runs the application.
• Resend sends transactional email — password resets and confirmations.
• Sentry receives error reports when something breaks.

We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it. If that ever happens we will tell you, unless we are forbidden from doing so.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it, and we will. Ask us to delete your account, and we will remove it, except where we must keep records for tax or legal reasons.

If your data sits inside an organisation's records, that organisation decides — ask them first, and we will help them act on it.
