Terms of Service
The agreement between Tecble Sdn. Bhd. (202201038453) and the organisation using it. Last updated 22 August 2026.
Tecble is licensed, not sold. You get the right to use the modules you have switched on, for as long as the agreement runs. The software stays ours; the records you enter stay yours.
What you are buying
An account is free and belongs to a person. Billing begins when an organisation switches on its first module, and it is charged to the organisation, never per person. Adding colleagues does not change what you pay.
Each module is switched on and off independently. You are charged for the modules that are on, for the period they are on, and for nothing else. There is no bundle and no minimum.
Modules and billing
Billing follows the modules enabled on the organisation. Switching a module on starts billing for it; switching it off stops billing at the end of the current period. An organisation with no modules on is charged nothing.
Switching a module off does not delete records. They remain with the organisation and become available again if the module is switched back on.
Your data
The records an organisation enters belong to that organisation. We hold and process them to run the service and on that organisation's instruction. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to build profiles or to train anything.
People are added to an organisation by invitation or by request that an owner approves. An owner decides who has access and can remove it. A person can hold an account without belonging to any organisation; until they create or join one, there is nothing to bill and no records are held on their behalf.
Ending the agreement
An organisation may switch off any module, or close its account, at any time. Billing stops at the end of the period in which it was switched off. We do not refund a period already begun.
On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is removed. If we end the agreement — for non-payment, or for use that breaks the law — we will tell you first and give you that same period to export, except where the law requires otherwise.
When you create an account we record the date you accepted these terms.
